A Lucy update…

Posted in Derby,Dogs,Hector's Diary,Lucy,Scotti Dog Blog,Scottish Terriers by scottishdogs on September 10, 2011

When Lucy arrived in our household it was just as the puppies were leaving for their new forever homes.

At first I thought she might be like Bonny was when she first came (growly, had to be put in cage for MY protection – though she got nicer in the end).  But Lucy turned out to be really friendly and really fun.

Even though it initially looked like Bonny would eat her, Lucy never lost her confidence.  We took to each other right away, same sense of humour and we both find sticks and wood fascinating.

We play endless games of bitey face (with no real menace) and like snuggling up to each other on the sofa.   Bonny now thinks Lucy is her’s and does lots of loving licks, mock defending and touch wood, it is all working out quite well.

Best of all though, it looks like Lucy is going to grow a skirt….hehehe (don’t tell Bonny – lol).

Anyways we just want to say a grateful THANK YOU to the universe for sending Lucy our way!

PS:  Even though she nice, she still wants to kill the guinnea pigs…

You must be a very tolerant and gentle soul to put up with two sisters…OMC…I cannot imagine two of me in the same house.
Did I say that out loud?
